GALIMED AI is published on Microsoft Marketplace, following Microsoft's
certification process. The platform is now available to healthcare organisations
across 62 markets and can be purchased directly against a Microsoft Azure
subscription.
**One design principle: the AI proposes, a physician decides.** GALIMED AI turns
a patient's description of their symptoms into a documented clinical hypothesis,
then into a draft prescription. That draft carries no weight until a registered
physician validates it — a rule enforced by the software itself rather than left
to practice. Every generated document states this, and every access to a patient
record is logged.
**Seven roles, one record.** Patients, physicians, hospitals, laboratories,
pharmacies, occupational health services and insurers each have a dedicated
workspace built around a single record. Employers never see a named medical
record: they see aggregate trends only, a separation enforced by the product.
**Data residency, enforced.** Health data for US-declared accounts is hosted in
the United States; all other data in the European Union. Two separate databases,
with no replication between them.
**Built on Microsoft Azure from the outset** — hosting, database, identity
through Microsoft Entra ID, monitoring and global delivery. Publication on
Microsoft Marketplace lets organisations bill the subscription against their
existing Azure commitment.
